What is OODA loop and why is it important?
OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide and Act) refers to the decision cycle and was developed by Military Strategist and retired USAF Colonel John Boyd. While it was originally developed for war games, it is now far more applicable in the business environment. The approach favors Agility over raw power in dealing with human behavior. It’s also about operating at a faster tempo.
